Robin’s Nest Foundation and Stacie Joy Yoga look forward to welcoming you to the farm for an evening of yoga, acupuncture, and massage.

$20 ticket cost and will be donated in full to Robin’s Nest Foundation

August 28, 2020

Schedule:

6:30 pm: Yin Yoga Class

7:30 pm: End of yoga class. *Option for Acupuncture ear needles afterwards. Heather Easter will be offering this and will wear a face mask for your protection.

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm: We’ll provide wine for you to sip and enjoy the sunset.

8:00 pm: Auction Winners Announced

We will follow the best practices for social distancing:

This event will be limited to 15 people.

Please bring your own mat. *If you don’t have a mat, just let Stacie know and she would be happy to provide you with one.

Each mat will be at least 6 ft apart.

If you have a cold, cough, or fever, please stay home to protect those around you.

  • Heather Easter

    • Heather has over fourteen years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings. She utilizes an eclectic combination of counseling modalities and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Heather is also certified as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) through NADA and can incorporate this stress management tool into her clinical work and therapy sessions.   • Cara Briel DiCaro

    • You will be able to bid on a 1 hour massage from Cara. She is a licensed massage therapist in Parker, Co at Humanly. She offers deep tissue, swedish, hot stone, trigger point, and neuromuscular therapy. Handcrafted massages to accommodate each clients needs.   • Made by Mads

    • Maddy will be providing a custom made gift basket! It will include a water bottle that says “namaste” with a sheep, a custom Colorado face mask, a bottle of wine from Silvery Vines Winery from Old Town Arvada.
