Why choose a one-on-one? Group yoga classes are amazing, but there are certain times in our life when trauma, anxiety, and depression can be all-consuming. During that time, a group class can bring up triggers that take you away from the present moment and sometimes add even more tension. If you are experiencing depression, you will need an experience that is entirely different than when you're experiencing anxiety and vice versa. Throughout our sessions, we'll slowly work together to form new techniques that awaken an inner lightness as you move towards a life of freedom. The intimacy of one-on-one sessions allows for a uniquely crafted practice tailored for your specific needs.
