Mission
I'm a South Denver yoga instructor specializing in therapeutic yoga classes and one-on-one sessions for trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, cancer support, and more. Through movement and breathwork, I gently guide you toward refuge and balance through renewing yoga poses and guided meditations.
Philosophy
Our bodies didn't just happen. They're the result of handiwork, a scientifically complex structure that is capable of wonders and is designed to be in alignment and function properly. But the world is tough, and life comes with great pain.
When you journey through a challenging or traumatic experience, your body can't always properly process the variety of emotions that arise. This can keep you from mentally moving on, trapping you within your own self and adding tension to specific areas in your body. Your session will be a holistic approach tailored to your own unique body and nervous system needs. Slowly you will release tension, regain control, and transition into improved overall well-being.
