I think it’s safe to say that both you and I have had to get creative to keep our bodies moving during 2020. I've rolled out my yoga mat and gathered my yoga props more than ever this year. You too? So as we take our yoga practices online you may realize the need for a few props here and there.

An Interview with Robin's Nest Foundation

July begins the second month that Stacie Joy Yoga and Robin’s Nest Foundation have partnered together for Yoga on the Farm. Each Thursday morning at 7:15 am, I take a short drive to Sky View Farm where our yoga class is hosted. I’m usually welcomed by Wendy who is warm and always happy to host each one of us at her place.
