Designed to allow you to share with your community, process emotions that may be stored in the body, and replenish from the collective pandemic year we all have experienced.

What are mini-retreats? Join us for a monthly restoration and reflective afternoon. Our mini-retreats offer you a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle and practice some self-care. Each month you'll get a unique and different perspective from one of our teachers on topics most relevant for that time of year. It's a great way to connect with others and expand our community support! This year our word is Thrive, and one of the ways we Thrive is through a collective "sangha" (community).
